Mrs. Scruggs' music class, posed at east side entrance to old Nashville School. I'm thinking it was during one of the recessions -- note the 2 little waifs on front row with sweaters on, but no shoes.<br />
Mrs. Scruggs is in back row, 3rd from right.<br />
Is that Mary Ernest Perry in back row, head against door?<br />
Possibly Ruby Gaskins Turner, 2nd row, 3rd from right?<br />
